I know that there are some private companies, restaurants, and shops that are helping needy people at their own expense. Money is coming out of the pocket of private citizens and is not being reimbursed. How can ordinary entrepreneurs and small business owners be expected to use their own money to help the people in need? Restaurants are feeding people, and they never see any money come back. Soon the restaurant owners will need to be fed too! And where will they turn? It is the governments responsibility to reimburse those that are helping the community out of their own pocket.
